Anybody know of a home remedy for bladder/urine infections in a older female German Shepherd? - urine bladder

To prevent future bladder infections, first make sure feed with high-quality food. Brands such as Iams, Eukanuba and so full of fillers and many ingredients that are susceptible to bladder infections in dogs, that they are. Look into Innova, Wellness, Canidae or marks similar to a good start.
Secondly, if you eat healthy foods, add some canned food with your meal. Preserves contain large amounts of water and dogs with bladder infections often do not drink enough water to add your own preserves, is an easy way to get more water in your system every day.

It hurts and burns, why not give your dog the necessary resources for a urinary tract infection?
It is not a home remedy for this - they must be identified to the vet, a urine sample, bacteria or infection, and prescribed the right medicines are taken --- simple as that.

If your dog to the vet before she had kidney failure, you can not let go, as a urinary tract infection. But all is not so much for a routine urine test, and some medications.

You can try a food to cover the pH balance of urine ... Innova, California Natural, Healthwise, and Flint River Ranch all this, and are available without a prescription.

There is no home remedy. The dog needs to see a vet as an emergency. Online, strangers would ask for advice if you?

Loads the necessary medication from a veterinarian, if necessary, after the test.
